Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee invoicing operations, ensuring all billing activities are well-coordinated and addressing inquiries from various departments.

- Generate daily invoices for new customers and monthly invoices for recurring clients.

- Prepare and distribute Statements of Account (SOA) to customers in a timely manner.

- Maintain and update the customer database accurately.

- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence, adhering to specific deadlines for reporting activities.

- Perform daily reconciliation of e-payments and ensure proper allocation against individual invoices.

- Process Credit Card and GIRO applications, liaising with clients and banks to resolve any failed deductions.

- Address billing and payment queries via hotline, inbound email, and internal department transfers.

- Assist in coordinating and resolving internal and external disputes related to accounts receivable.

- Undertake other finance-related ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

- Possess at least 'N' / 'O' Levels or a Diploma in Business, Finance, or Accountancy.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounts receivable or finance.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Demonstrate a positive working attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting systems.

- Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
