• Ensures that the products are appropriately priced to meet the targeted profit margin as set by Sales Manager/Director to improve on sales and customer support for resolution, maintaining or adjusting actions
• Conducts or organizes training seminars and presentations for customers when required
• Provides daily customer service to resolve customer questions and order fulfillments regarding quality issues, availability and delivery, and also provides first-hand technical assistance to customers and and coordinate with technical resources to ensure that solutions are developed to meet customer satisfaction
• Facilitates the speedy resolution of accounts receivable issues as assigned in order to support the achievement of Company revenue targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• 3-5 years experience and familiar with Defence and/or Homeland security industry
• Acumen in technical sales
• Possesses programme management skillset
• Location: East/ Northeast
