About the Startups & SMB Sales Team The SMB Sales Team is responsible for bringing in new logos from companies up to 200 employees. The APAC SMB Sales Team is at the forefront of Mixpanel's fast growth around the world, bringing in the most dynamic and promising customers, especially in the Tech Industry.

About the Role You will be an impact player based out of our Head Quarter for APAC in Singapore and will help build and iterate on Mixpanel's fastest growing market strategy by prospecting and acquiring new customers within our Growth South East Asian market. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to position Mixpanel as the best in class Product Analytics tool in the market, focusing on our highest potential value accounts to increase growth in our business's highest priority segment. This role is for you if you have a growth mindset, a bias towards experimentation, comfort with ambiguity, and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and outbound into an account list
• Build and iterate an outbound and pipeline generation strategy
• Be an expert on Mixpanel product and industry knowledge to properly pitch and position Mixpanel during discovery calls and product demonstrations
• Manage complex sales cycles with technical proof of concepts
• Accurately forecast sales pipeline and exceed annual targets

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• 5 years+ experience owning a revenue quota for a SaaS business within the Indonesian market with a technical product OR consulting experience with Go To Market, Sales, or Strategy
• Experience building an account, territory, and/or go to market strategy for a SaaS business within APAC
• Knowledge sales procurement process and practices
• A record of success hitting key performance indicators or achieving quota while working with complex customer engagements

Bonus Points For

• Have experience working with a technical SAAS product and collaborating with client Product and Engineering teams
• Speak fluently Thai or Vietnamese

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company
• Preparation cash flow planning
• Review and verify invoices before posting to SAP
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Post transactions to journal, ledgers and other records in SAP
• Reconcile and monitor accounts to ensure data are up to date and within due date
• To liaise with people from the other departments to understand more about the nature of the transaction
• Preparation and work out for month-end closing
• Respond for the interim and year-end audit
• Ensure proper archiving and filing of documents
• Monthly and quarterly reports and analysis preparation
• Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holders in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 – 3 years of general accounting experience
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle partial of monthly accounts.
• Assist in Quarterly GST reporting and reconciliation
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments for local and overseas.
• Review and verify invoices before payment.
• Ensure accounts payable invoice and expenses claims are accurate, properly taken in, monitor prepayment and charge out according.
• Completeness of balance sheet schedules every month include reconciliation of payments, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice’s discrepancies issues and reconciliation report.
• Prepare journal voucher, ensure timely closing of AP.
• Liaise with different business unit for payment purpose.
• Prepare audit schedule and providing accurate and timely tax (GST)/ financial reports to relevant authorities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business and/or Accounting, LCCI qualification or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge and experienced in baisc accounting software
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to be flexible and dedicated to meeting reporting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment.

The Internal Audit Department (IAD) provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve IPOS's operations. Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and perform end-to-end financial, compliance and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
2. Provide practical and value-added recommendations based on best practices to improve the internal financial control and operating environment.
3. Prepare audit reports for submission to the management and the Audit Committee.
4. Monitor the follow-up, tracking and completion status of all past identified findings and recommendations as agreed with management and establish if they have been carried out to an acceptable level.
5. Work with external service providers /assist in managing outsourced projects to ensure audit work provides appropriate assurance and completeness in scope.
6. Provide secretariat support to the Audit Committee.
7. Perform investigation and any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
8. Assist in administrative matters on daily operations.

1. A Degree in Accountancy / Business or professional accounting qualifications e.g. ACCA.

3. Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience, including at least 2 years of internal/external audit experience from a CPA firm.

6. Good to have data analysis tool skillset such as ACL , SQL and IDEA.
