Job Description
‘- Assist Finance Manager to prepare full set of accounts
‘- Data entry for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventories and Journal Vouchers in GL.
‘- To prepare GST returns on quarterly basis
‘- To prepare financial statement and accounts schedule for audit and tax schedule for tax returns.
‘- To maintain property, plant and equipment listing and conduct PPE count.
‘- To maintain inventory listing, to coordinate and to conduct inventory count.
‘- To monitor and follow up collection from customers and update collection status in the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports on monthly basis
‘- To update related parties and interested person transactions schedule
‘- To liaise with auditor and tax agent
‘- To update bank facilities file and prepare bank related documentation
‘- To prepare bank reconciliation
‘- To prepare documents for claim of government grants.
‘- Assist to liaise with Accounting System’s vendor on accounting system related matters.
‘- Other tasks as assigned by Financial Controller.
Requirements:
Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification
2 to 3 years working experience
Microsoft Office – excel, words, power point and etc
Working Location: Tuas South

Working hrs: 8.30am to 5.30pm
