· Assist in standardisation and documentation of processes, risks, and controls and work with internal stakeholders to build a comprehensive and simple test procedures for Change Management. Liaise with Change Management standard owners where required.

· Assist to track and consolidate all Change related audit issues raised by GIA, Regulators or Monitors and provide periodic updates to internal GIA Management and senior risk committees of the Bank.

· Apply an in-depth understanding of, and compliance with, GIA methodology standards and the GIA system in all areas of assigned GIA activity.

· Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data (using data analytics) to diagnose underlying issues, patterns and root causes.

· Monitor and track assigned audit issues and action plans, and report overdue items to the Head of Audit (HOA) for resolution.

Our Ideal Candidate

· Strong background in audit (with a focus on Change delivery and Agile concepts)

· 7+ years of experience preferably in the Banking and Financial services industry.

The Client Accounting – Corporate Executive will work closely with and assist the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in all Client Accounting business efforts within the Company, including the implementation of new software and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.
• Assist clients in preparing their monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.
• Responsible for preparing Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the clients following Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
• Assist clients with the preparation of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and Form C or Form C-S and Appendices for submission to the IRAS.
• Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, payroll related, ACRA and IRAS related matters.
• Support the Managers in the transition of the accounting, GST, Corporate Tax transfer records from the take-over business and on boarding of new clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, local Polytechnic, ACCA, or related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST & XBRL in a Singapore outsourced accounting firm, compensation will commensurate with your experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Experienced Audit executives/supervisors/team leads who are currently working in Singapore Audit Firms are also welcome.
