JOB DESCRIPTION

- Input fault report daily and upon completion to inform Assistant Facilities Manager

- To churn up photos for Request Order (RO), get Technical Officer (TO) for signature and submit to Assistant Facilities Manager

- To generate quotation accordance to the Request Order (RO)

- To print out and laminate signage upon request

- To do clearance letter for supplier/visitor coming to Changi Airfreight Centre

- To main stationery in Building Operation Centre (BOC) office

- To answer calls for any complaint received and forward to shift team leader to expedite.

- Maintain BOC office cleanliness

- Any ad-hoc work by Management

REQUIREMENTS

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel, Outlook

- Good communication skills

- Prefer candidates who can start work early

We are a SME company in Facilities Management. This position will be station in Tampines.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR operations and administration processes
• Conduct employee onboarding or existing
• Arrange employee training & development
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
• Coordinate document submission with site office personnel
• Assist in Employees Work Pass Applications via Government Portals
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Min 2 Year(s) of working experience (Admin Support) in the related field is required for this position.
• HIGHER NITEC with 2 years experience will be considered as well
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Able to do coverage (adhoc basis) at customer site office(Town area) for front desk duties.
