• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Accurately input data into internal systems, generate reports, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all information
• Assist in planning team meetings, client reviews, and events by booking venues, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics
• Assist in preparing and filing necessary documents for compliance with financial regulations and internal audits
• Monitor and manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring messages are relayed promptly to the appropriate parties
• Ensure office supplies are stocked, equipment is functioning, and overall office operations run smoothly
• Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of administrative and operational tasks
