Job Scope for Administrative Assistant:
· Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
· Input, update, and maintain accurate data in various databases and spreadsheets.
· Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
· Assist in the creation and distribution of internal memos and announcements.
· Provide administrative support to managers and other team members as needed.
· Handle basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding procedures.
· Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
· Retrieve and distribute documents and records as requested.
· Address administrative issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
· Adapt to changing priorities and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
· Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning.
Requirements:
· Singaporean and SPR may apply.
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma.
· Good attitude, Meticulous & able to work independently.
· Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
· Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
· Team player with pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
· Entry level are welcome.
Working Details:
· Monday – Friday (9.30am – 6.30pm)
