1) Daily inbound and outbound order handling

The Opportunity:

Duties:

• Assisting with daily admin task such as data entry, filing, sorting, scanning and updating of documents
• Handle general documentation, filing of service reports
• Any other Adhoc duties/support as assigned where needed

Requirements:

• Min. O/Level
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills such as MS Office
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support.
• Addressing customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders.
• Sorting and distributing incoming emails, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing emails.
• Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
• Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
