Job Summary

The Group has announced a Productivity and Simplification programme, Fit for Growth (‘FFG’) to the market that seeks to drive efficiencies across the organisation. 1. Spearhead Initiatives through the execution phase in 2025: track effectiveness of the initiatives identified; work with manager to ensure these are on track and help remediate issues identified.
2. Design Target Operating Model (‘TOM’) for the various hubs across Treasury (Liquidity, IRRBB, FTP, RRP) aligning the cluster and group models to a global consistent model.
3. Engagement with GCFO to ensure consistency of how we’re looking at FFG initiatives and ensuring Treasury is up to speed with GCFO requirements.
