Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Researches as requested and compiles and summaries information for reports and presentations

Job Responsibilities

• Paperwork e.g. issuing invoices/quotations etc.
• Check emails daily, follow-up accordingly
• Liaise with the government/agencies on work pass transactions & relevant applications/submissions
• Ensure necessary informations are up-to date, record-keeping/filling
• Prepare payment vouchers, monthly statements etc.
• Responsible for insurance renewals, courses registrations etc.
• Data-entry & sorting materials bills, verify suppliers invoices
• Assist in financial report preparations, safety documents submissions etc.
• Ensure office cleanliness and office stationery/equipment are in good hands
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least holding O-level/SPM or equivalent
• Bilingual in Chinese & English (read and write)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Have relevant admin/account experience will be advantage
• Knowledgeable in Autocad & 3D Max software will be advantage
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Humble, willing to learn new things
• Responsible and meticulous at work
• Time-management, problem-solving skills
