Responsibilities will include:
• Managing a calendar for two principals, as well as joint management of a firmwide calendar along with an admin team.
• Providing administrative support to the executive team.
• Managing high volume inbox and shared inboxes.
• Planning travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the partners.
• Securing visas and passport updates for principals and tracking visa/passport expiration dates.
• Coordinating and organizing internal and external meetings and follow-up on action items.
• Overseeing the daily operations of our Singapore office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Acting as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
• Greeting in-person guests.
• Coordinating dining reservations for investor and management meetings.
• Assisting with one-off and recurring projects and events as needed.
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of all administrative processes.
The full-time position will be based in Singapore, with a temporary contract running from 3-6 months. This role could be potentially converted to a full-time role.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• 2-3 years related experience.
• Superior communications skills, particularly in written communications.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, with demonstrated achievements in previous academic and work experience
• Comfort interacting with all levels of leadership.
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
• Willingness to think critically, from first principles, and to change your mind based on evidence.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general technical acumen.
