Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general administrative and clerical tasks efficiently, tailored for the interior design industry
• Manage phone calls, filing, and provide comprehensive administrative support, enhancing our design processes
• Oversee day-to-day office operations with precision and timeliness, ensuring seamless project execution
• Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records, particularly in accounts payable, vital for project budgeting
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all accounting transactions utilizing accounting software, supporting project financial management
• Participate in projects and coordinate company activities as needed, contributing to the realization of creative visions
• Monitor staff leave records including annual, sick, and hospitalization leave, ensuring project continuity

• Minimum O Level / SPM qualification
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting administration support
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail and organization, essential for client interactions and project coordination
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
