JOB DESCRIPTION

· Data entry of business transactions and upload scanned policy documents

· Manage policy alterations, renewals and claims

· Disseminate emails and upload information to shared folder

· Update application status, underwriting & service information

· Arrange for courier and dispatch of documents

· Receptionist duties

PREREQUISITES

· Strong service orientation

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and report compliance rate of rice licensees in meeting their required stock level.

· Prepare and follow up on emails, make reminder calls and send reminders letters to rice licenses on the need to comply with the stock level requirements

· Assist in organising engagement events with rice licensees

· Monitor rice scheme email and Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) channels to respond to feedback within the required service level

· Support new licence/permit applications from rice importers

· Assist in processing the import and export permits

· Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Only Singaporeans.

· Diploma in any discipline

· Preferably 1 year of administrative experience in handling the processing of applications.

· Competent in Microsoft Excel.
