Administration
· Mail re-directions (daily).
· Prepare cover letter and address label to arrange for local or overseas courier as per instruction.
· Scanning of documents and saved in relevant folders.
· File documents in statutory file or custody records.
· Prepare statutory documents such as Form 45, Form 45B etc.
· Arrange signature for bank signatories for entities payment instructions to Asiaciti.
· Prepare OFRF form, conduct screenings and arrange signatures from bank signatories for entities payment instructions to external parties.
· Arrange for archive of statutory files or/and custody records in box (es) and sent to warehouse.
· Update database (IBIS) and key in daily timesheet for billing.
· Setting up of statutory file for newly incorporated company (ad-hoc).
· Other adhoc admin duties as and when assigned.
Invoicing and Billing
· Chase clients for outstanding payments via email.
· Update AR Aging report and work with Managing Director on current updates.
· Check cash receipt for payment verifications.
· Seeking approval from management for issuance of credit notes, if required.
· To work with accounting team for bookkeeping and cost treatment.
Qualification
Minimum GCE “O” level / Diploma
Working experience
· Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
· Individual with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, initiative and ability to multi-task.
