Who are we?
Yinson is a world leading energy solutions provider. Our business consists of Offshore production, Renewables, Offshore Marine and Green Technology. We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.
Key Duties and Responsibities:
- Provide general administration support to employees and visitors.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Raise purchase requisition, acknowledge goods receipts in IFS, verify admin vendor’s invoices
- Scheduling meetings and booking of meeting/conference rooms when required.
- Assist on Facilities management and Festive decoration in the office.
- Arrange business travel, accommodations, application of visas.
- Covering Reception and attending to visiting guests when receptionist is away.
- Arrange fruits, breakfast supply.
- Arrange lunches or catering as required for office meetings/trainings/celebrations.
- Arrange couriers and mail services including distribute & circulate of mail / post.
- Ensure delivery of housekeeping services for office premises.
- All other ad-hoc administration duties.
- QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:
o Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights;
o Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare;
o Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department;
o Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level / A Level / Diploma in Business studies or any relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Effective communication.
- Attention to detail.
- With a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
