Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Singapore

About the Company:
Our client is a large multinational corporation based in China, expanding its operations to Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the executive in managing daily activities and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's daily schedule and appointments efficiently.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships, providing excellent service and support.
• Provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with logistics needs for the executive’s family.
• Handle bookings and appointments, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely manner.
• Drive a Toyota Alphard as needed for meetings and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with clients from China effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a Toyota Alphard.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support

- Scheduling of appointments with clients

- Conduct market research and organisation activities on behalf

- Assist in business-oriented matters
