Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the Centre’s assets, funding, procurement, manpower and space resources.
• Manage the Centre’s special programmes and daily operations.
• Prepare progress reports, audit and budget statements in a timely manner.
• Provide updated and organized data capture and management on centre information.
• Be part of the working team to ensure that the Centre operates at maximum efficiency and complies with policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide workshop/conferences/events support and visits to the Centre.
• Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide effective executive support to Centre Directors.
• Continual review of work processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness in administration.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Directors.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Applicants with working experience in a university capacity preferred.

The suitable candidate will be:

• Liaising with clients and assisting with the applications of the relevant Singapore work and dependant’s passes
• Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries
• Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes
• Preparing immigration advice for clients
• Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities’ (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident applications
• Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
• Providing innovative suggestions to continually improve process efficiencies and quality client service

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a University degree or equivalent in any field of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills.
• Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and technology savvy.
