Responsibilities:
1.organize & plan of company events ( e.g. D&D, Christmas dinner)
2. Prepare Company Certification application & renewals. (e.g. ISO, Bizsafe, BCA)
3. Assist in transportation claims (e.g. apply, cancel, renew, swap season parking for HDB and Dormitory, assist in insurance/road tax matters, worker bus claims, and related data entry)
4. Assisting with meeting preparation by arranging meeting rooms, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes as required.
5. Performing various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail.
6. Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
7. Assisting with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent
2.Prefer to have working experience in the related field (CCTV, Network Cabling, Security Systems, etc.)
3.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
4. Exposure to challenging international work environment
5. Ability to multitask
6. Proficient in MS office, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
