Job scope
* Assist Financial Advisor in managing client relationships, including scheduling appointments, following up on inquiries, and providing administrative support
* Prepare and process insurance policy documents, applications, and other paperwork.
* Coordinate with clients and insurance companies to gather necessary information and documents for policy issuance and claims processing
* Manage and organize client files, documents, and correspondence in a systematic and efficient manner
* Assist with research, data analysis, and other tasks to support the Financial Advisor in pre and post sales process
Job Requirements
- An individual with attention to details and has the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
* Proficiency in usage of Macbook and Apple OS, Google Calendar and emails
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, with knowledge of the insurance industry being an advantage
