Work Location: Outram/ Bukit Merah
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm ( 45 minutes lunch)
Contract Period: 8 March 2024 to 7 Feb 2025
Job Responsibilities;
a. Typing / printing
b. Data entry work
c. Reception duties
d. Answering telephone calls from teachers, parents and members of the public
e. Data collation of surveys
f. Preparation of refreshements for school event
g. Sorting and delivery for items delivered to the school
h. Attend to students who are unwell / injuried in the sick bay.
i. Assist school staff with binding and lamination works
j.Maintain the school’s stores for office supplies and stationeries
k. Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement:
- GCE ‘O’ Level
- Pleasant personality
- Ability to use Office Programmes such as Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous personality
- Preferably first-aid trained
