Job Description:
Calendar Management:
- Organize and oversee appointments, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling.
Travel Arrangements:
- Plan and manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle visa applications and other travel-related documentation.
Correspondence Management:
- Oversee both incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, letters, and other digital correspondences.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of meetings, decisions, and critical documents.
- Regularly update and manage the company’s filing system and database.
Office Management:
- Supervise general office operations, including inventory of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Work closely with IT support to address technical issues and ensure system maintenance.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research outcomes.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the organization and planning of company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Manage event logistics, guest lists, and materials.
Financial Management:
- Support financial operations such as processing expense reports, budgeting, and invoice handling.
Human Resources:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle employee relations and HR-related administrative duties.
Marketing and Sales Support:
- Contribute to marketing and sales activities, including creating promotional materials and managing social media.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and addressing complaints.
Legal and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in managing legal documents and contracts.
Requirement :
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles
- A degree in business administration, secretarial science, or a related field (preferred)
- A background or knowledge in sports, particularly tennis, is preferred.
