Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions

The Executive Assistant will function as the Personal Assistant (PA) to Director and form part of the Director’s Office, focusing in putting day-to-day business and personal aspects in priority, and being the image for the department. Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee various projects assigned by the Director across diverse business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, managing interconnected activities and relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) for various projects.

Job Description

• Handle walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries .
• Promote centre course sand provide course consultation to prospective parents and students.
• Coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre.

• Supervision of Chinese homework and spelling for primary school children (primary 1 to 6)
