Our Client is a leading multi-disciplinary contractor providing detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Fabrication of offshore FPSO, FSO topside modules as well as onshore plans and other sub-sea products for the Oil and Gas industries.
Scope of Work
· Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations.
· Prepare monthly new hires’ report and liaise with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and ASMI on CCP eligibility assessment.
· Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor the progress.
· Track the outcomes of the placement programmes through reports and collection of success stories.
· Administer the funding grants, includes tracking and preparing necessary documentation and submission for reimbursement claims.
· Maintain and update all CCP records for audit and compliance purpose.
· Administer Employee Benefits programmes, such as submission of insurance claims and work injury claims.
· Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
· Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes, such as Singapore-Industry Scholarship and Work Study Diploma programmes.
· Assist and support in collaboration with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including attending meetings with managers and organise industry visit.
· Support in the design and implement organization development or change interventions to ensure that the organization strategies are delivered for long term sustainability.
· Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning.
· Participate in HR related projects, company events and development programme.
· Assist in preparation for human resources management or development policies and processes
· Assist in monthly HR reporting, including compilation of monthly HR statistics, prepare Senior Management Meeting report, Board Paper, Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
· Assist in MOM/Misc, tender questionnaires and other ad-hoc survey.
Requirements
· Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
· Relevant experience in HR generalist, focusing on human capital development and operational support.
· Good knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with various government grants or funding for developing talents.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint and creating presentations preferred.
