As a Personal Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the director to provide comprehensive administrative support and manage daily tasks within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports.
- Track and organize all documents for approval.
- Draft communications as needed.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business processes and systems to support job responsibilities.
- Assist with the executive's work and communication.
- Maintain office facilities as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Manage general administrative processes within departments.
- Assist with printing and collating tasks as requested by the team.
