Position: Sales Coordinator cum Admin (Japanese speaking) - CK
Job Description
■Customer Service (90%)
・Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
・Process Purchase Order to vendors
・Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
・Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups.
・Process delivery or shipping documents, co-ordinate with Singapore &/or Philippines warehouse,
・Forwarders and Transporters to ensure smooth delivery to customers
■Admin / Office Support (10%)
・Liaise with Japan HQ and the General Manager to handle IT-related maintenance and repairs, including printer setup, laptop configuration, and phone line connections and others.
・Liaise with vendors on IT-related matters.
・Communicate with Japan HQ to manage the SG office's IT maintenance.
Job Requirement
・With min 4 years of Customer Service/Sales Admin experience
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・Japanese Conversational level is required for liaising and reporting to Japan HQ and stakeholders.
