Ensure that the organization remains compliant on all legislative manpower law.
Responsible for Work Pass application, renewal and cancellation.
Manage recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/clearance for resignees, in charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.
Assist headquarters in the smooth execution of HR processes such as Performance Appraisal, Talent Management etc.
Take charge of the human resources information systems, in the upkeep of data.
Conducts orientation for new hires on the office layout, office services guidelines and policies.
Responsible for office decoration, both festive and general celebrations.
Organising company events and activities e.g. team building, Xmas party etc.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/company properties in Singapore.
Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years or more experience.
Thorough knowledge of labour legislation and full understanding of all HR functions.
Strong client focus and team orientation.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills.
Ability to speak and write in Chinese is required.
Demonstrate sound work ethics and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
