Contract: 1 year
Location: Alexandra Road (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park)
Responsibilities
- Booking of meeting rooms/ setting up of virtual meetings with (i) the contractors on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis, and (ii) relevant govt agencies as and when required.
- Coordinating the administrative processes to obtain permits/ approvals from the relevant agencies for the contractors to conduct any survey works.
- Assist with the tracking of progress and deliverables of the contractors
- Overseeing contractors while they are conducting geophysical survey works (as and when required)
- Draft notes of meetings (NoMs) for discussions involving contractors and/ or govt agencies
- Assist in drafting approval papers before any work is carried out by the contractors
Requirements
- Possess relevant experience in admin.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player who is able to work indepedently
- Able to multitask
