Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for managing the office
- PA to 2 Senior Directors, schedule appointments, handle business expense claims.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in organise office operations and procedures.
- Manage contract, payment and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Address staff queries regarding office management issues
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma Qualification
- Has min 8 years’ experience in working knowledge of office administration, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multi nationality staff team.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in an regional business environment
