The Talent

• Nitec/Diploma in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain or other related field
• At least 1 - 2 year experience in related field
• With at least 1 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding and Fied Operations.
• Knowledge handling import & export goods
• Able to start in a short notice / immediately
• Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

The Job

• Familiar sea and air freight booking, execution and payment cycle
• Air, Ocean freight customer service role
• Sea and Air freight operations, shipper, forwarder
• Ensure all security arrangements and procedures are met
• Update internal/external with shipment data
• Coordination of customer booking requests.
• Timely follow up or coordinate shipment information with stakeholders. (Subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agent and freight forwarder)
• Verify vendor/intercompany invoices.

The Talent

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or other related courses
• Proficient in Photoshop/any design software (e.g. Canva/Illustrator)
• Proficiency in any video editing software is an added advantage
• Strong writing & communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Basic knowledge of HTML or at least willing to learn on job

Job Description

• Create online and offline creatives (including social media, digital ads, POSM, videos etc).
• Update and maintain webpages and other communication channels with the latest promotions.
• Execute EDMs and in-app communications to target relevant partners
• Manage company’s website and social media accounts
• Assist in coordination and planning of marketing events and ad-hoc marketing duties when required
• Actively propose ideas to increase company’s branding
• Utilize various mass and targeted marketing initiatives to promote company products offerings to the appropriate partners
• Participate and propose ideas relating to ‘promotion and ‘place of the marketing mix
