• Handle extensive travel management that includes booking of air tickets, hotel room, car transfer, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
• Handle personal expense claims, manage personal bank accounts, petty cash, and maintain an updated cash book for the executive.
• Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
• Preparation of slides and meeting minutes
• Processing of expense claims and reports
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects. Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Manage and organize personal effects and other items as required by the senior executive.
• Utilize MS Office applications and online/AI apps such as ChatGPT efficiently to enhance work productivity.
• Basic data analytics and presentation skills to support decision-making processes
• Generating various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
