Job description

• Manage full set of accounting (AP/ AR/ GL/ Bank reconciliation/ GST / Financial report P & L , Balance sheet)
• Preparation of tax computation for submission to IRAS
• Preparation of GST and GST filing and tax returns
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Month-end closing & bank reconciliation
• Audit and tax queries
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by director

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with relevant accounting qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts
• Fluent with MS office applications
• Full set of Company accounts, GST and Audit

Job Description:

• Able to effectively draft 2D, 3D and detailed drawings
• To create conceptual design, presentation materials, 3D & technical drawings as well as site verification
• Develop 3D rendering visuals, colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishing chosen with accurate specifications
• Work closely with sales interior designers to produce proper interior design work for clients’ spaces
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years Experience in Residential interior design & commercial design
• Well versed in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, 3D Max/ Viz/ V-ray/Revit
• Good knowledge of interior detailing and contruction drawing
• Attention towards details and alteration of designs
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
