• Position : Accounts Assistant/Executive (International Preschool) – Up to $3,500
• Location : Central - Farrer Park
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 - 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits $350 per year

Main Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain all financial records and transactions.
• Track and manage school fees, ensuring all payments are made timely and recorded properly.
• Effectively organize and manage financial data and documents.
• Compile account data yearly and as needed.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure all financial documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Preparation and submission of all necessary documents to IRAS.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations to ensure the school’s adherence to compliance standards.
• Ad-Hoc Duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only speak Mandarin
