You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing the entire production process from start to end, and to ensure that the Company's film & media projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

• Be involved in client presentations, relationship building and account servicing.
• Work with the team to craft creative proposals for potential clients during pre project development.
• Build and develop new initiatives/workplan that will improve operation efficiency and workflow productivity.
• Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely client communication.
• Effectively managing the production team and provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members.
• Allocate resources effectively according to each project and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Set quality standards and expectations.
• Build and improve on existing SOP to support operational goals.
• Hire and assemble high performing team members.
• Develop and execute strategies for the Company to reflect growth in this business segment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Film & Media, Business Administration with 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of project management background experience in similar field.
• Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• To have sufficient knowledge in film & media productions.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
• Willing to achieve high growth with the Company.
• Strong work commitment and ownership.
• Strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and pivot when necessary (to think out of the box)

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 2pm - 10pm , Sat: 4pm - 8pm

Responsibilities:

• Follows laboratory protocol in checking specimens received from clinics/clients and make sure that names tally with therequest forms.
• Follows protocol with utmost care and diligent in bar coding samples and request forms for testing.
• Follows all laboratory policies in the area of blood borne pathogens and safety.
• Able to follow test requirements of reference laboratory and procure appropriate specimen for testing.
• Processes laboratory specimens received from patients using prescribed laboratory guidelines.
• Prepare samples for sending out to other laboratories.
• Utilizes centrifuges and other lab equipment to process specimens and prepare them for testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• Able to commit to fixed Afternoon shifts/ weekends/ Rotational Sunday & Public Holiday Shift
• Basic knowledge in computer skills preferred.
