Main Responsibilities:

Loan and Deposit Administration:

• Ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Coordinate with relevant parties.
• Assist in the safekeeping and timely receipt of legal documents and financial statements.
• Manage inventory of legal and vessel insurance-related documents.

Loan, Deposit, and Trade Payments and Settlements:

• Handle loan drawdowns, rate-fixing, repayments, and redemptions.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Liaise with Corporate Banking staff and counterparties.

Fund Transfers:

• Address queries related to remittances.
• Prepare and reconcile SWIFT messages.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries.

Customer Accounts:

• Assist in opening, updating, and closing savings and fixed deposit accounts.
• Prepare monthly statements for customer delivery.
• Handle fund transactions and address queries.

Reporting:

• File documents and prepare regular management reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Accredited degree from a reputable university.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a banking environment in Singapore, with experience in loan settlements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems - ORFEG & Swift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a cheerful disposition.

• Working hours: 5 days, 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Admin officer will be overseeing the daily administration for the institution

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the scheduling / database / finance for the residents.
• Manage and oversee documents related to the residents.
• Manage and oversee the meal arrangement for the residents and shift staff.
• Attend to phone calls and visitors to the Hostel.
• Coordinate with MSF-appointed facility management representative, and manage facilities related matters
• Support other administrative functions, including supporting shift during an emergency.
• Manage staff welfare items, bookings of rooms, recording of meeting minutes, as well as security screening request and archive all results.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in any field (Business Administration and Facilities Management would be strong advantage)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
