About the job

Your responsibility involves:

• Engaging key business stakeholders (Sales and marketing team) which includes gathering requirements and translating them into solution design for the Cloud for Customer platform
• Performing the role as subject matter expert for Cloud for Customer with assistance of external vendors. This includes providing support for Cloud for Customer platform
• Leading Cloud for Customer project transformation/ implementation which includes, milestone planning, progress reporting and external vendor management.
• Exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity. This is done with the aim to improve top line (revenue/sales) for the company

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in direct business stakeholder engagement / project management relating to CRM. At least 2 years of experience in sap sales cloud / Hybris / Cloud for Customer SAP C4C is required for this role.

Candidates with regional exposure will be of added advantage.

At least 6 years of working experience in IT operations and vendor management

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Type of calls consist and not limiting to Concession related matters, Filing of claims for customer, Point to point enquiries from customer , Technical issue, Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback, etc
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
