In this role we expect you to…

• Work alongside the Design Director of Asia in delivering high-end creative design solutions for retail stores across our Asia markets (Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Korea)
• Translate, elevate, and incorporate our Sephora Brand DNA in all design solutions to provide the best customer experience
• Lead design projects such as managing operational expectations, project schedules and project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams (including but not limited to Retail Experience, Creative, Marketing and Retail Projects) to fulfil and improve design solutions
• Bring to life design solutions and participate in rolling out various retail concepts across the Southeast Asia markets

We would love to hear from you if you have/are…

• Bachelor’s Degree in interior design, architecture, or other relevant fields
• Over 10 years of experience in retail design, with proven experience from design conceptualisation to design documentation
• Prior experience in the cosmetic, fashion, or other luxury retail Industries would be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCad, 3D design, SketchUp, hand drawings and/or other design software
• Strong visual merchandising conceptualisation such as planogram and window display
• Expert in strategic thinking, creative conceptualisation, innovative solutions, technical drawings, and 3D renderings
• Ability to quickly understand design challenges and provide adequate solutions within short turnaround time
• Curious and autonomous; willing to challenge the status quo
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Mandarin would be a plus to work with our China-based stakeholders
• Ability to build effective work relationships with diverse team members
• Willing to travel around the Asia Pacific region

(2 years contract, conversion or extension based on performance)

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)

• Responsible for RTL design, simulation, and verification for ASIC/SoC products.
• Identify internal and external requirements, PPA study, RTL coding, implementation and work closely with backend team.
• Create reusable internal IPs for AI and/or in-memory computing products.
• Handle IP integration and validation and support post-Si testing and validation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of RTL/SoC/digital design with pre-layout simulation and post-layout simulation experience.
• Strong knowledge with Verilog and system Verilog, VCS, Verdi or other industry standard tools.
• Familiarity with AMBA APB AXI Protocol, RISC/Arm or other core architectures.
