Responsibilities
The Gaming customer service associate will be tasked to engage gamers and customers and gather feedback to improve the gameplay.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have the following:
1. Strong passion in online and mobile games
2. Proficient in at least 2 games currently
3. Ability to communicate in Mandarin with chinese stakeholders and gamers
4. Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft office
5. Great service awareness and able to handle customer situations with ease
6. Team player with good communication skills
