• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of mattresses.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

Job Scope

• Ensure that all preventive maintenance programs and schedules for M&E and building services are effective in place and executed

• Ensure all services are maintained and managed in full compliance with all statutory requirements and by-laws

• Coordinate with the marketing team on tenancy-related works such as handing over/taking over units, processing tenants’s fit-out works, etc.

• Carry out regular surveys and inspections of building works and fixtures and where appropriate make recommendations for renewal or replacements with full specifications and scope of work

• Supervise and manage all maintenance staff reporting to you
