The Job
A. Distribution Channel Compensation
· Administer the Distribution channel (FA & IAM) Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.
· Identify opportunities for automation of processes.
· Key touch-point for internal and external customers’ enquiries on compensation related matters.
· Involvement in projects when assigned.
B. Third Party Compensation
· Administer Third Party Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.
· Identify opportunities for automation of processes.
C. Regulatory reporting to CPFB
· Administer Early Termination Rule (ETR) reporting to CPFB.
· Ensuring on time and accurate report.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the end to end process on channel compensation.
· Deliver on adhoc projects when assigned.
· Enhancing/streamline workflow where applicable
· Updating of SOP promptly and where applicable.
· Assist and handle enquiries professionally and promptly.
The Talent
· Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in insurance related industry preferred.
· Meticulous and organized.
· Experience and aptitude for dealing with people, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· A team player and ability to work independently.
· Resourceful and possess good problem solving skills.
· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Words, Powerpoint. Proficiency in Macro will be added advantage.
