Job Description
- Responsible in conceptualising, designing and overseeing visual aspects of events
- Develop innovative and visually impactful concepts
- Overseeing the creation of event collateral, including stage designs, set pieces, branding materials, and multi media presentations
- Oversee the implementation of design elements during events, ensuring adherence to creative vision, quality standards, and timeline. To also provide on-site support for any last minute changes
- Introduce new design concepts and technologies that enhance event experiences and captivate audiences
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the event management team, understanding client requirements, and ensuring that event objectives align with client expectations
- Provide regular updates, seek feedback, and address any client concerns or inquiries throughout the event planning process
- Coordinate on-site event setup, overseeing the implementation of plans, schedules, and ensuring seamless execution
- Manage event staff, and vendors during events, handling any issues or last-minute changes that may arise
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Events Management or related studies
- At least 5 years in the events industry
- Good showcase of past event concepts is essential
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in the creative process, such as graphic design software, video editing tools, project management software, etc
- Deep understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior to ensure creative outputs align with brand identity and effectively communicate with the target audience
- Being adaptable to evolving trends, technologies, and client needs while staying innovative and ahead of the curve in the creative landscape
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- Able to work on weekends (including Public Holidays)
