Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team in Singapore. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative designs for events, marketing materials, and branding. This is an on-site role and will require collaboration with other members of the team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Adept in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in executing branding strategies and guidelines
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in working for event management, production or audio-visual systems companies is a plus
• Experience in AutoCAD (2D), 3D modelling/texturing/render (3DMax/Blender) is a plus
• Experience creating 3D graphics and animations is a plus
• Experience Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere/Da Vinci/ Final Cut Pro) is a plus

Fresh graduates with two years of experience may apply. This experience can be gained through internships, small-scale projects, or school projects.

This is a hybrid internship role for an Interior Designer, with the expectation of both physical presence in Singapore and flexible remote working from home. The Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as space planning, creating construction drawings (layout plan, M&E drawing, details drawing and 3D visualizations) , specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and liaising with suppliers/contractors. The role will involve exposure to a multitude of projects, providing the candidate opportunities to apply their coursework into real-life interior design work.

Qualifications

• Interior design skills, including space planning and FF&E selection
• Proficiency in creating detailed construction drawings including furniture and built-in elements
• Experience collaborating with architects to achieve a cohesive design between interior and exterior elements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• AutoCAD and/or Sketchup proficiency is desirable
• Prior internship or related experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

4. Material and Finishes Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that enhance the overall design concept while meeting budgetary and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings.
5. Design Development: Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation purposes. Ensure that design solutions comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, resolve any design-related issues or challenges, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design specifications are being accurately implemented and that the quality of workmanship meets our standards of excellence.
8. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status, address any concerns or revisions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation in design.
