The Solution Architect will be responsible for the design and thought leadership throughout the full life cycle of a customer's journey. We are searching for reliable Event Ops Executives to join our capable team of professionals. The Event Ops Executives will be tasked with project coordination and administrative support. He/she will be reviewing specifications and preparing estimates, negotiating with the production team, sub-contractors, and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist project based on assigned sales representative.
• Office-based and will go on several site visits.

• Assist in managing and preparing quotation, based on compiled information for the events/renovation projects. This ranges from initial basic calculations, quotations, and Variation Order (VO).

• Oversee installation on-site and resolve and project issues during the course of the project.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Review, prepare and submit tender project.
• Liaising with client on project’s requirement and showing samples.
• Review of operational, administrative system and improvement plan.
• Create and manages system and processes within the daily operations.
• Working collaboratively with both internal and external members. Such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and vendor.
• On-Job Training (OJT) provided.

Requirement:

• As On the job is training, no relevant work experience is required
• Good communication skill is needed for discussion with both internal and external members, such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and suppliers
• Familiar with the use of MS applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Good with numbers which will be meant for computing costing and on-site measurement

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

• Draft and prepare shop drawings of the given structures, components, and devices
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV principles, including ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Review design specifications, measurements, and drawings to participate in the process of solving on-site problems or design changes
• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components, based on the specifications and calculations (heat load, ESP, Pump friction loss, assist and coordinate with the project team to provide architectural design and technical solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of submission drawings complying with various authorities' guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project in charge to ensure timely task completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues
• Assist the Project in-charge in determining the project schedule
• Follow company policies and ISO procedures to ensure quality services
• Any other duties as required and assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience 3 years in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Naviswork and other related BIM software, MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Application, E20 software, etc.
• Strong understanding of ACMV design principles and standards
• Familiar with calculating ETTV, RETV and RTTV
• Familiar with SS553, SS554, Singapore fire code, and Green Mark version 2021
