• Meeting with clients and other involved professionals at an early stage to agree on the project brief;
• Developing project briefs and working on these as the project progresses;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
• Contributing to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
• Understanding how the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues, so that practical questions can be addressed at an early stage;
• Following up with the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
• Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
• Co-ordinating and liaising with the various consultants on the project team;

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Executive to provide core sales support to our team of Account Managers.
• The role includes developing product proposals and presentations, generating quotations and drawings, coordinating marketing activities and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and update product catalogues, brochures, and finishes to ensure accurate product specifications.
