• 8+ years of experience and 5+ relevant experience in Appian
• Expertise in the Architecture and development of Appian-based applications and products using TDD frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies in On-Premises/AWS/Azure Cloud Environments.
• Ability in gathering and refining business requirements; defining/prioritizing the product roadmap/backlog; ensuring the development is as per user requirements and adhering to company standards, processes, and best practices
• Experienced in managing client accounts and collaborating with Portfolio Leads, Sales, Internal and Client Stakeholders

TikTok RTC is the world's leading real-time communications service, providing instant and high-quality multimedia interactions to customers around the world. We are building next-generation audio/video processing and interaction platforms to deliver high-volume, low-latency and rich Cloud as a Service technology.

Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to meet the challenges of advanced audio/video algorithm design and global large-scale real-time communications interaction, while improving your skills in encoding, algorithms, data by working with many outstanding real-time communications professionals. Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design and development of Real Time Communication Android/iOS/Mac/Windows/Linux SDK;

2. Participate in the optimization and iteration of the core C++ engine of Real Time Communication SDK;

3. Participate in the design and development of Real Time Communication solutions;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, with a solid foundation in computer theory.

2. Familiar with audio & video capture/rendering, SDK development experience preferred;

3. Proficient in C/ C++ /Java programming language, familiar with JNI mechanism, familiar with Android.mk, Makefile and related tool chain;

4. Have a solid network foundation, have a deep understanding of TCP/IP, familiar with common audio & video codecs, such as: H264, AAC , Opus , etc., familiar with common audio & video transmission protocols, such as: rtmp , rtp / rtcp , etc.

5. Familiar with common audio & video open source projects, such as: ffmpeg , x264, WebRTC , GStreamer, etc., those who have maintained open source projects are preferred;

6. Performance optimization experience with mobile end CPU/GPU combination is preferred

7. Have good coding habits, love multimedia R & D work, like innovative challenges, strong self-driving ability, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and creativity on projects from concept design through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity, with minimal guidance.
• Actively seek and share inspiration and reference from sources outside of the business to support creative design solutions.
• Strategic innovation through a proven understanding of trends and insights and interpreting these within unique design solutions.
• Produce concept work using hand sketches and a variety of digital and traditional media to a high standard whilst directing the work of other junior team members on the project.
• Assemble presentations using a variety of digital and traditional media, particularly Adobe InDesign.
• Attend client meetings alone or with the support of the project leader leading or contributing to client presentations.
• Competently source reference material and carry out research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
• A comprehensive knowledge of markets, our clients and their competitors.
• Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues.
• Leading project communication, including liaising with the design & construction team and ensuring meetings are properly recorded by juniors.
• Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages.
• Establish and develop a strong working relationship with clients on allocated projects and identify project opportunities independently.
• Prepare accurate and timely fee proposals for projects.
• Contribute proactively to business development, pitches, proposal writing and presentations.
• Ensure successful delivery and completion of a project within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office is a must.
• At least 1 to 5 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. As an experienced Architect, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Architect in taking on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support senior architect and take on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience for Architect position
• Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $50 million and above)
• Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
• Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
