Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator with specialized expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and LMS infrastructure migration. This role demands an individual with a comprehensive understanding of both Azure cloud architecture and PeopleSoft applications, particularly in the HCM and LMS domains. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and executing complex migration projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud architecture for PeopleSoft HCM and LMS environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Oversee the seamless migration of PeopleSoft HCM and LMS applications and SQL Server databases from on-premise environments to the Azure cloud, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft infrastructure components with other applications and services within the Azure ecosystem.
• Perform meticulous configuration of high availability (HA) solutions and load balancers to optimize the performance of PeopleSoft applications in the Azure environment.
• Execute PeopleTools upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility and smooth transition within the Azure cloud environment.
• Maintain documentation of architecture designs, migration processes, and configuration changes for future reference and audit purposes.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing Azure cloud solutions for PeopleSoft HCM and LMS environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in migrating PeopleSoft applications and SQL Server databases from on-premise to Azure cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of HA configurations and load balancers within PeopleSoft infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in executing PeopleTools upgrades and patches within Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure services and components relevant to PeopleSoft deployments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in complex migration scenarios.
Skill Sets
• 10+ years’ experience with PeopleSoft System Administrator managing PeopleSoft environment
• Candidate must have experience of install and setup HCM9.2 and LMS 9.2 application at Azure cloud.
• Candidate must have experience of configuration HA (high availability ) and load balancer.
• Candidate must have experience in applying PeopleTools upgrading and patches.
• Candidate must have experience of migrating PeopleSoft applications between different PeopleSoft environments, preferable from on premise to Azure cloud.
Skill Sets Must Have
• Candidate must have experience of install and setup HCM 9.2 and LMS9.2 application at Azure cloud.
• Candidate must have experience of migrating HCM 9.2 and LMS9.2 application from on premise to Azure cloud.
• Candidate must have experience of migrating HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 SQL Server database from on premise to Azure cloud.
Candidate must have experience of IIS 10, Weblogic 12, Telerik and .Net MVC.
