Project Engineer [ M & E / Interior Design Out Fit / ACMV / Electrical / Fire Protection System / Plumbing ]

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Salary can be adjusted for more experience)
Working Timing: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Working Location: Aljunied / MacPherson

Responsibilities:

• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.
• Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project.
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist to update of As-Built drawing on site.
• And all other General Administration works as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in project management (Able to handle Projects ), A&A works, M&E services, As-Built drawing, site supervision and coordination, compliances, and regulations.
• Knowledge/Related Experience in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Sanitary Services, and installation of M&E Services on site

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for meeting commercial targets and creating new opportunities by leading local sales, technical service, and market development team in South ASEAN. The Sales & Marketing Manager is also responsible for growing the team and meeting the expectations set for the team in South ASEAN – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in South ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia).
• Ensure the Sales and Marketing team complies with all of company values and principles, including Safety, Ethics and Respect for individuals. Develop a strong compliance culture.
• Participate in and lead a dynamic and customer focused sales team to promote company products in Advanced Interlayer Solutions Division in High Performance Products.

• Fulfill short and long-term term business/sales targets.
• Direct analysis and reporting of sales planning and budgeting.

• Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, sales process, and business finance etc.
• Help defining strategies to increase the market share and build a stronger company presence in the industry.
• Collaborate with company personnel in other countries and regions.
• Collaborate with Technical team to resolve technical issues at customers.
• Basic technical support to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, ideally Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• A degree in architecture, construction management and/or Master of Business Administration also a plus.
• Min. 8 to 10 years or more years of working experience in Chemical industry
• At least 5 years knowledge in laminated safety glass industry is preferred.
• Pricing & Forecasting experience
• Sales, Technical Sales, and Business Development career preferred.
• Working experience in Foreign-owned Company, or Multi-National Company Preferred
• PVB R&D or Sales Experience for Safety Glass Business is preferred.
• Good Understanding of the Market.
• Skilled with GCRM and SAP systems.
• Able to travel.
