• Responsible for the site coordination and be the liaison person with LTA, authorities and consultants for submission
• Responsible for the coordination & supervision for installation, testing and commissioning services of projects undertaken by the company e.g. electrical systems, ACMV systems etc.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.

• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables.
• Provides contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages: construction, subcontracting, completion and hand-over,

The Planning Engineer develops & updates the Project Programmes, conducts relevant research, data analysis and coordinates with different disciplines to support the Senior Planning Engineer and Planning Manager in the planning and execution of Projects.

He/She has good understanding of an overall Project life cycle and it is proficient in the usage of Planning software such as Primavera 6.

Manage and control construction schedule

Updates revisions of the Master Programme/Schedule and other planning/ control documents to include planned work, actual progress, revised activities, revised sequence, additional works and additional time

• Monitoring and verifying that the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is adhered to at all times and taking action if the specifications are not followed.

• To proceed with a full set of procurement procedures with the vendors, suppliers, contractors and shipyards in a timely manner by closely liaising with vessel maintenance team and officer onboard incl. manager, engineer, electrician and mechanic
• To upkeep the purchased record in proper manner and provide Purchasing monthly reports for all Purchase Orders for management’s review.
• To monitor the delivery status to update the requestor on site or store and follow up with the supplier for timely delivery.
• Arrangement of logistics via agent
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, or Logistics or with equivalent qualifications
• More than 5 years experience in the similar industry with basic knowledge of ship
• Familiar with the AMOS system would be an added advantage
• Able to travel and be stationed overseas for months, if required

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and maintain the Company-wide templates & object libraries
• Assist the BIM Manager in developing and maintaining BIM/IDD execution protocols
• Assist to develop automations for repetitive tasks, checking compliances and BIM quality standards
• Work with Project BIM Managers to implement standardized protocols
• Support Project Team in managing BIM production, BIM collaboration & coordination, Issue management, as-built verification, BIM handover & other BIM processes, where required
• Support Project Team for Presentations with advanced BIM related activities such as, but not limited to, VR walkthroughs, where required
• Production of BIM deliverables such as 3D to 2D, 4D, 5D, 6D BIM for tenders/overseas projects
• Manage the BIM deliverables schedule & ensure timely delivery of good quality models and/or drawings
• Assist the BIM Manager in preparing and maintaining BIM/IDD documents, write-ups and presentations
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM training materials, and conducting trainings
• Continue to learn new methods to improve efficiency & apply in projects.
• Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use, training, and assistance on projects for the implementation of new BIM softwares.
• Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned
• Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
• Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
• To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.
• Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM
• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• To manage CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or Engineering equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit
• Min 2 years’ experiences in construction industry
• Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
• Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
• Preferably experience in AuotoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
• Basic understanding of CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination
• Preferably experience in Singapore Hospital/Medical facility projects

Responsibilities:

• Verify and seek approvals for accounts payable/ receivable
• Post account entries to system
• Handle petty cash reimbursement and bank matters
• Manage outstanding payables/ receivables, bank reconciliation, monthly cost reports, quarterly GST filing, cashflow forecast
• Preparation of audit and tax schedules
• Monitor lease for equipment & assets
• Attend to auditors’ requirement
