• Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• ITE with relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

1) To assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day management and maintenance of properties and in particular checking on works done by the appointed contractors and supporting staff.

2) To handle any complaints on maintenance matters brought up by the Technicians and to recommend proposals for rectification.

3) To conduct regular meeting with the servicing contractors.

4) To liaise with the subsidiary properietors/tenants and to co-ordinate with solicitors, consultants and contractors for any property and maintenance matters.

5) To ensure timely preparation of budget and to control the maintenance and operations expenditures.

6) To provide information on behalf of the Developer/MC as requested by the subsidiary properietors.

7) To liaise with Government Authorities on any matters pertaining to building regulations.

8) To work closely with the Engineering Team to upkeep and troubleshoot any property maintenance challenges.

Requirements

1) Knowledge of Building M&E operation.

2) Experience in MCST is preferred.

Job Duties

· Working with Outlet Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations

· Learn from Outlet Manager to acquire information about methods,

procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training

· Serve guests efficiently and cater to special requests of guests

· Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met according to Company’s requirements

· Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations

· Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company

· Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by Management

· At least GCE O-Level / Diploma / Degree qualifications

· Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays

· With F&B experience is an asset but not essential
