• Attend to any emergency or incident in compliance with in-house Apps & SOP for Escalation and response time
• Lead and manage client-relationship
• Engage and attend to complaints from tenants / residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is directed back to the tenant / resident with closure
• Propose preventive maintenance strategy
• To prepare the monthly report for the management and landlord
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of BMSMA will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Manage and liaise with contractors for repairs of facility and equipment
• Conduct regular daily checks and inspections on grounds to ensure effective management of the facility, common areas
• Monitor service contractors and sub-contractors working on site
• Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the prescribed checklist and schedule
• Source for quotations and recommend to award maintenance work to the competent service provider
• Ensure full compliance under the building statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly reports
• Process & co-ordinate tenancy fit out/additions & alterations/reinstatement work
• Upkeep and maintain fitting out manual and building records
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Real Estate/ Facilities Management /Building Services /Engineering or relevant working experience
• 2 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate would be added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period

This position reports to the Senior Vice President and supports the Real Estate team in middle to back operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform various real estate market research such as rent/buy/sell in region (e.g. South East Asia, South Asia and Oceania).
• Perform periodic monitoring of real estate market information.
• Real estate market data gathering and prepare analysis and insights.
• Support existing/on-going/potential project follow-ups and monitoring.
• Liaise with sales teams on various activities such as documentation and communication.
• Provide administrative support to real estate team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related disciplines
• Around 2 years of experience in the real estate or financial industry.
• Possess experience in data analysis
